Kate Brindley graduated with Honours in Physiotherapy in 2011. She completed a post-graduate MSc Trauma and Orthopaedics module in the upper limb which allowed her to specialise in upper limb management alongside hand therapy.
Kate takes a collaborative approach to physiotherapy, working with patients to reduce pain through the use of manual therapy, electrotherapy techniques and acupuncture as well as in providing rehabilitation programmes that help patients meet their short and long term goals.
Alongside hands on treatment, Kate is also trained in injection therapy, including the administration of Ostenil injections. These injections contain hyaluronic acid which are injected directly into the affected joint to relieve pain and promote healing. Ostenil injections are proven to be effective in reducing inflammation and restoring the joint’s natural lubrication, leading to improved range of motion and overall function.
