Rou graduated from University of East London in 2007. Following her graduation she went on to work within Outpatients and Ergonomics with multiple Private healthcare providers within the UK. She was a Regional manager at IPRS. Her major achievements include reducing work related injuries and absence for clients such as Leicester City Council, BMW, Ford, Amazon & her Majesty’s Prison Service.
Rou has completed her post- graduate certification in Acupuncture, Occupational Health as well as extensive CPD training in Maitland’s and Mulligans techniques of mobilization. She joined the practice in 2013. Her approach is very hands on whilst in clinic. She uses her extensive knowledge in posture and ergonomics in looking at how to prevent occupational injuries from recurring.
She is able to undertake home/workplace/ car assessment as well as carry out functional testing.
